It seems every year, even every semester, I determine that I am not going to procrastinate. However, even as I make this decision I know that there is no way I am going to keep this promise to myself. This semester is going to be different. Why? Because this semester I have begun following  3 easy steps to keep myself on track.

  1. Invest in a planer. This is one of the best things that you can do for time management skills. I have never been the best at keeping planers, often throwing them aside halfway though a semester or even forgetting they exist, so I understand that it is hard to keep up with them. Yet, the nice thing about planers is you can use them however suits you best, either completely detailed and color coated, or quick reminders jotted down.
  2. Make a plan. Another step that helps me out is to make a plan at the beginning of each week of what I want to get done and when I want to have it finished by. I’m not the best, and I don’t always stick to my plan like glue; however, it certainly helps me out get a grasp of what the week ahead holds for me.
  3. Have some fun. Don’t let yourself get too stressed out. You have to remember to relax, take a breath, and go have some fun in between assignments! Now, don’t let this advice be taken the wrong way, you certainly shouldn’t be putting off your work to be doing other things. But if you are able to complete everything on time, you’ll find that you will also have more time to enjoy and just relax.

I personally was initially seeking for plans for my website and came across your own blog, “Procrastination BUFFOLOGY”, would you care in cases where I implement several of ur points?
    Thank you ,Valencia
